VAT - Customers who are VAT registered are subject to VAT on boots at the current rate. Customers who are not VAT registered are not subject to VAT on boots. VAT is always charged on Safety Shoes.
Prices - Prices charged will be those ruling at the date of dispatch. All goods subject to availability. Any products not in stock will be notified by e-mail.
Carriage - All deliveries are on an overnight delivery service. Orders over £50.00 are carriage paid. All orders under £50.00 will have a £4.99 plus VAT carriage charge added.
Damage or Short Delivery - Damage and or shortages must be noted on the carriers delivery sheet immediately and notice given in writing to Arc-Rite Welding & Safety Limited within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Non Delivery - Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing to Arc-Rite Welding & Safety Limited within 3 days of date shown on invoice.
Return of Goods - Returns due to damage or incorrectly delivered items will be returned at customer’s cost and will be refunded with return order or as part of a total refund. Returns for any other reason will be at customer’s expense.
Payment - We accept all major credit cards including Switch and Delta. If you require credit facilities please e-mail your request to credit@arc-rite.co.uk
Supply - We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Availability - All orders are subject to availability.
Code of Practice - We endeavor to exceed our customer’s expectations. If however you have cause to complain we will deal with you complaint quickly and sympathetically.
